Tri-State ATV Club is the sole owner of the information collected on www.thetristateatvclub.com.  We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.  Tri-State ATV Club collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

                                 Registration/Ordering Information

 

We request information from you on our jamboree registration form. Here you must provide contact information (name and contact information) and financial information (credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your purchase requests.  If we have trouble processing a request, this contact information is used to get in touch with you. We use a third party vendor, www.PayPal.com to validate and process credit card information.

                                             

Log Files

 

In log files we collect data such as your IP address, browser type, referring site URL, time and date. These pieces of data are not linked to personally identifiable information. We use this data   to analyze trends, administer the site, and track user’s movements so we can ensure our website provides you with a positive experience.

 

Security

 

Our website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Sensitive information, including credit card numbers, is encrypted with SSL before transmission. Only authorized Tri-State ATV Club STAFF are able to access sensitive information; and only if access to that data is required to perform a specific job. Club member roster with name, address, phone number, and e-mail information is optional and visible only to registered club members.
